Citywide Voluntary Sector Network
There are 5 local voluntary sector networks in Glasgow who meet throughout the year to discuss issues affecting local organisations and their service users. Representatives from these networks sit on the boards of local Community Planning Partnerships and are part of our Citywide Voluntary Sector Network (CWVSN).
GCVS provides information about training courses and learning and development services and a range of office services to help you be best equipped for your service users and wider community.
Through our "Connect" work, we support strong, collective input by Glasgow's voluntary sector by sharing information, co-ordinating and linking organisations and providing opportunities for networking and joint working. We aim to ensure that the voluntary sector is well linked into public affairs and is informed, supported and engaged in order to maximise its contribution to the life of the city.
